Pearland Notary Services has been proudly serving the Pearland area since 2020. We love helping our clients get important documents notarized quickly and easily. 


We keep all of our credentials up to date, including our Commission from the Texas Secretary of State, Background Check, Errors & Omissions Insurance and State Bond.


We notarize Acknowledgements, Oaths, Affidavits, Real Estate Documents, Estate Planning Documents, Medical Documents, Titles, Tax Loans, Last Will & Testaments, POA's, Structured Settlements, Divorce papers and more.  We complete Section 2 for I-9 Employment Verification*.

Mobile Notary Services

We meet you at a location that is convenient for you. This travel fee is for 30 minutes of service. Fee will depend on meeting location.

Signing Services

We print and take documents to you or your client. We leave documents with your client or return to you using Fed Ex or UPS. We notarize Loan Modifications, Structured Settlements, Property Tax Loans, Real Estate documents, Refinances, Purchase/Seller packages, Healthcare documents, Mortgage Loans, Deeds and more. Give us a call to discuss your specific needs.

I-9 Employment Verification Form

This is to complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. Unless otherwise instructed, the completed I-9 Form will be returned to the employee. This is not a notarial act.
